WORKSHOPS

Workshops are held throughout the year, be it floral art, gardening, or in preparation for a major fundraiser.

Floral Art Workshops meet at 10am on the Saturday prior to General Meetings.

Gardening Workshops - 10am to 12 noon at Sally Godet's slathouse, commencing the Friday after the first General Meeting in October, and thereafter on the third Friday of each month through May.

Robin Murphy Workshop
13th and 14th April 2013

On the weekend of April 13th and 14th a workshop was given by Robin Murphy at the Peace Lutheran Church in Paget. Saturday's subject was "Mechanics" and on Sunday "Line Design".

Judges' Workshop
hosted by Debbie Burville, GCB Judges' Representative

A workshop for Floral Art Judges and Assistant Judges to work on judging skills and comment card writing.

There were two design titles to choose from "Bend Me, Shape Me" in a niche, and "Lets Play" in a 24"X24" space. There were 11 designs in total and 13 judges/assistant judges attended. The photographs below were the designs by the judges/assistant judges which were judged and comment cards prepared.
