Funds are available for persons seeking financial assistance to pursue educational opportunities in horticulture, landscaping, environmental studies, floriculture or related subjects which will subsequently benefit Bermuda.

The application deadline for 2010/11 scholarships is 30th June, 2010.

Scholarship Recipients 2009-2010

The Garden Club allocated $25,000 in 2009 to five deserving scholarship recipients. Claire Grenfell is a repeat recipient studying Environmental Science at Queen's University in Canada.  Lucy Hollis is studying for her Masters Degree in Landscape Design and Architecture at the University of Gloucestershire, England.  Ayo Johnston is working towards a degree in Sustainable Development through SOAS in London, England, and Koneko Trott is studying at Seneca College, Canada, in the area of Golf Course Techniques and Management.  Missing from the photographs is Sam Fraser-Smith, who is studying Plant Pathology in Queensland, Australia.
