General Meetings are held on the second Friday of each month, October through May, at 10.30am at Horticultural Hall, Botanical Gardens in Paget.
Horticultural Hall is open on the Thursday prior to General Meetings from 1.30pm to approx. 7.30pm.

Flower arranging theme:
"It's a New Year "
Class A Open - Small - "Fresh & New"
Class B Open - Shelf - "Earth Strata" Layered design 45" wide X 20" deep, 39" from floor.
Class C Novice - Functional Table - "Winter Wonderland" to be staged on a 30" round table, 30" from the floor.
Class D Craft - Collage - framed or unframed.
Exhibit to incorporate a found object. To be hung, 18" X 18" wall space allotted.

January's Speaker will be Dr. Samia Sarkis of the Department of Conservation who will speak on "Protected Species Recovery Plans"
Membership:
Prospective members should contact the Membership Chairman, Jane McCleary, for more information. A prospective new member shall have attended at least one meeting of the Club and must submit a letter of application and the completed application form signed by the proposer and seconder.

Library:
Members may use the library in the Boardroom at Horticultural Hall on the morning of the meetings, when courses are taking place and all other times by arrangement with the Library Committee Chairman, Barbara Spiering. A selection of books and periodicals will be available in the main hall on Friday mornings.
Flower Arranging Workshops meet at 10am on the Saturday prior to the General Meeting.
Gardening Workshops held 10:00am - 12:00 noon on the third Friday of each month from October to May in Immediate Past President Sally Godet's Slat House.
Flower Bench & Fruit/Vegetable Bench exhibits may be placed on the Thursday prior to the General Meeting from 1.30pm to 5.30pm or Friday by 9.15am for 9.30am judging.
Flower Arranging exhibits to be staged on the Thursday before each meeting from 1.30-5.00pm. Judging will begin that evening at 5.30pm
Mechanics & More: Notelets, Garden Club Pins, House & Garden Book and basic flower arranging mechanics are available for sale on the mornings of the meetings.
