Bermuda in Bloom Competition May 2006

This competition was run by the Garden Club of Bermuda to encourage civic pride by getting people to enhance their own "Piece of the Rock".  It was open to all residents of Bermuda whose gardens are visible from a public or estate road.  Large or small gardens, porches, verandahs and staircases could all be included. 

The Competition was organised by Veronica Lowry and Jan MacDonald and sponsored by:

Aberfeldy Nurseries, Brighton Hill Nurseries, Animal & Garden House, Masters Garden Centre, Gorhams Garden Centre.

This year we ran the competition as part of our 85th. birthday celebrations and to coincide with Heritage Month.

The Judges were Ed Manuel, Christine Saul and Evelyn Young who found all the entries to be of a high standard and selected the following winners:

Bronze Award
